Parking spaces in our BURNS Hotels in Cologne are free of charge and it's not necessary and not possible to reserve one. In our BURNS Hotels in Düsseldorf you could reserve a parking space for a charge of 11€ per night.

What does online access cost? Does the hotel have WiFi?

All our BURNS Hotels are equipped with WiFi up to 50mbit/s. Our guests could use the connection free of charge during their whole stay.

Does the hotel provide transfer services from the airport/train station and is it complimentary?

Our BURNS hotels in Düsseldorf are located within easy walking distance from the train station and can easily be reached with public transport. Generally speaking, because of this the hotels do not provide a complimentary transfer service.
The BURNS Hotels in Cologne are located only 15 minutes away from city centre by tram. For transfer you could use tram lines 3 and 4 to station "Stegerwaldsiedlung"

Are non-guests allowed to partake in the hotel breakfast?
